Background : 

City tried to raise a tax for library, but lots of people didn’t want to vote for raising tax. 

Insight : 

People hate raising taxes, but they even more hate burning books.

Goal : 

Tried to change the conversation from tax to library. 

Idea : 

We created a political action group of our own, and - using reverse psychology - posted signs around town that said, “Vote to close Troy Library Aug 2, Book Burning Party Aug 5.”

Personal Thought:
One of my favorite campaign. One of the best ways to change the current conversation into different by using people’s mind. Even without money, a simple campaign can change people’s perspective.
